Hot Salt Therapy

This involves regular sea salt in its coarse crystal form.

  1. Heat the salt for 10 minutes (without water) using a stove at low heat, then wrap it with a washcloth  or towel. Avoid contact between hot salt and skin. 
  2. Spray the affected part of the body with medicinal spray
  3. Hold the hot salt over the affected body part.
  4. Finish by respraying with medicinal spray. This therapy greatly relieves and reduces pain/aches by  regulating the flow of blood/energy and absorbing toxins from the muscle, resulting in comfort. It’s very useful for pains around the neck, shoulders, back and waist (HNP) or hip (Sciatica) as well as stomach, knees, calves.
